Great session today.. not exactly sure what the difference was but the sea seemed less of a mess than yesterday and I had a lot more fun.

Also super chuffed with the Orbit 12 now I've had some better conditions for it today and yesterday - even though I didn't feel I was doing my best jumps I still got over 7 meters both days (without lifting the board up!) and I've never been that high before. Minor problem.. it feels almost too controlled and safe - I'm actually missing being scared to death

Awesome well done Jon, keep up with your huge progression. Get even higher and I'm sure you will begin to scare yourself once again!

Thanks - I think today / yesterday was mostly down to the kite but I was still very happy with how it went.. at least, until I saw what Marcus was doing with his one! ;)

But yeah, thinking back to the jump 1:2:1 - with you laughing every time I screamed down the radio  - it seems like like a lot longer than a few months ago!

That 12m Orbit was nice and floaty! Can do some nice slow/powered down loops on it too coming out of jumps which is fun on bigger kites. Really liking that North bar too.

Only perceived downside for me so far on the North’s - The backpacks are too small / tight in comparison to my old Enduro / Edge bags. I used to get two kites into the larger Ozone bag if I tried which was really handy. I don’t see that happening on the North bags. Also I think I prefer the feel and perceived quality / stitching / reinforcements on the Ozone kites I’ve owned vs the Orbit. I’m confident there won’t be any issues but the Ozone definitely looked and felt tougher to me. Both great brands for sure.

Don't even start me on bags, Ozone need to sort there bloody zips out once and for all.
I thought the North bags were pretty generous tbh, I'm going to measure both and see how much difference there is as thought they were very similar tbh
