Flights are coming up roughly half what they were for last November...if we book early enough.
Cumbuco has changed massively over the last few years. It also offers way more choice of spots to ride, in particular for surf.
We will never stay in one spot and always break the trip up with travel up the coast. We have just met the owner of one of the best pousadas on the whole coast in Icarazinho. He took us to spots we would never have found..like an oyster farm where we ate like kings. I have his contact details for future trips.
We had very light winds today in Cumbuco but still people were out on bigger kites (12m) and I was only kite out on whole coast here later when it dropped further...12m Ultra and Jackson saved the day once again.
I'll post this up on a new thread specific for Brazil.
ps one week would really work, for one thing we'd likely be somewhere hours up the coast from Cumbuco as well
ps I'll try post up a few pics from Cumbuco when I can get some.
