Couple from today, a few new things for me today, first attempts at gybes and did a few, first time in both straps, first jumps first back loops, all in all a fantastic day. Sarah's last day off before back to work and she was doing amazing on the foil board also.

It was exactly 90mins from Porthcawl, the same as Freshwater West
nb. this beach is only any good in Northerly winds and also better out of season.
