Thanks for the Info Tony.
Have you pre-booked your sports bag and if so how?
I can’t see a way to do this online so I guess you have to give them a call??

Haven't booked the sports bag yet will do it early next week. I failed to find a way of booking it on-line, will try via customer support on 0345 601 0932.

Hi Chaps,
Finally added the sports bag to the flight booking, for those who wish to do this in advance phone 0345 6010932, armed with your booking reference and the size of the kite bag. The cost was £199 for a 183cm x 45cm x 35kg ,32kg bag. Myself and Ray have a cunning plan to share the bag to carry the surfboards and therefore halve the cost.
Cheers
TC

Anyone know if there's any need for a yellow fever vaccination for where we at going? Asked at the doctors and they aren't sure but are saying it "might" be worth it for that area and they charge £70 for it!!!

While we are on it.
Are there any other vaccinations that are recommended?
It’s been so long and I’m getting so old...can’t remember nuffin.

This is the site my doctors use: https://www.fitfortravel.nhs.uk/destina ... ica/brazil

Looking at the yellow fever map that page links to it's pretty clear we don't need it - think they were just looking to get £70 out of me!

I keep my Hep A up to date . Any exposure to raw sewage can be a risk . Goes back to the days of windsurfing at cold Kanp ( aka cold crap)
Also tetanus lasts about 10 years I think so worth a check on that one
