If they are really stupid enough to pull on keepers address good luck to them . Have they not heard of lease and PCP . Our Zoe was registered to Watford . And remember at no time to they have the powers to ask for id or proof of address . We don’t have any legal requirements to carry id in the U.K. .

Someone raised an Intresting point in work today

So the law says you can leave the area to fulfil a legal requirement or duty . Well a contract is a legal duty so legally you could go on holiday as you may well have signed a legal
Contract you need to fulfil .

We are staying put in tarifa for the moment . See how this pans out with the two week lockdown that’s coming any day now .
We wrote to MP as Alice is due back to home address for leave fromRAF . We can’t work out of this is allowed or not ! Our MP can’t either ! It’s not a holiday per/se and they can’t work out what her home address is But here is the Intresting bit
He said to expect a two week lockdown sooner rather than later and to take this into account

So I will guess it’s full Welsh lockdown for the last two
Weeks of October

Alice is home tomorrow . And we can’t come before 1 nov due to new dogs rabies jab not being valid till 1 nov
You wouldn’t believe the run around we have had trying to die out if it’s even ok for her to go to house . No one including MP , AM or council know . They all say it’s a holiday so not allowed but can’t decided on her home address as forces persons don’t really have a home address . Crazy . She was due to come end of month but all
Leave has been pushed back to this week end

I would never have even had thought to ask the question. You all know where her "home" is right....I really can't see what the issue would be or the chances of anyone doing anything to stop it.

Seems totally ridiculous to me tbh

There are issues with her being able
To return etc . Her CO asked us to
Find out. She is in RAF accommodation at Brize now and registered there
The whole thing is just plain crazy now

I’d copy the email We had but probably shouldn’t
But the tone was very much don’t and shouldn’t and how she should isolate for 14 days . Which is daft as she is only baxk for 14
It’s a big thing getting even something as trivial as fine when you have clearance etc . Her CO didn’t want her taking a risk .
Isnt it mad no one knows what’s allowed

I wouldn’t take the court option. The courts arnt being very lenient.

I suppose you just have to factor in the cost of the fine. We pay a small fortune for our kit. I remember when they started fining parents for taking kids out of school to go on holiday. As soon as they put the fine on it was just factored into the cost of the holiday.

Does anyone think Oxwich will get enough wind into it today?.. I'm not overly optimistic.

It looks like it should be windy enough however Oxwich often seems to be less than predicted when we go there
