It looks possible that we will have big winds by the end of the week with Storm Aiden making its way to us.

Wednesday looks the best bet before then however it's Southerly so we will prob get the usual Southerly Somerset shadow and miss out!

Great pics, like the new Blue colour, we were down in Pembray, very gusty, wind ranged from a gentle breeze to rip your arms off.

 rest was similar! I was quite under-powered on the 8 but very glad about that when the squalls hit

Carve 6/8/10, Orbit 7/9, Reach 12

Wanted a smaller Carve but the 5 was too small to get much use so went for the 6 and sized up the 7/9

Thats interesting, I found the Carve more powerful, size for size, than my Peter Lynn, is that the reason for the 6/8/10 choice??

I never tried smaller than a 7 with the Peter Lynn but I think 6/8/10 would have made even more sense for me with those kites. I am heavy though, I probably need 6/8/10 to get the pull most get from 5/7/9 :)

They have increased the top end of the new Carve's so less grunty (maybe) def noticed it on the 7m anyway

Numbers with covid are coming down in my area so hopefully I’ll be allowed out soon. Guess I’ll have to head West or just nip to The Wave in Bristol for a lunchtime surf

I won't be kiting, not in that torrential rain plus the wind direction is no good for here.
