The Boris sketch is just missing the "don't be selfish" and people "broke the rules" to go with that lot

Leaked letter ahead of Monday’s WAG announcement states all non essential shops to close for 17 days from next Friday, so all pubs restaurants etc will be closed once again

And back to the stay in your house message .
Wonder if they will allow exercise ; seems they want to go back to March .
Here in Spain they seem to have passed the peak everywhere now
The graphs here in andulucia are heading down steeply
There has been no lockdown . Bars have been shut at 10
Most bad places have been driven by students

Mask wearing here is hilarious. Arm masks are quite common , then the chin mask followed by mouth mask . Sunglasses danglers are common too .

Hope everyone is well . We waiting for new dogs rabies vaccine to become valid before coming back . Seems lockdown II will be finishing on 8 nov

It's already started here in Porthcawl, the Police were asking people for ID and using ANPR at Rest Bay and roads into Porthcawl this weekend.
From next weekend it will be back to how it was in March worrying about curtain twitchers reporting you for walking to the beach

and the full FAQ is up.
https://gov.wales/coronavirus-circuit-b ... -questions
Back to don't do exercise that carries a risk specifically

for example swimming or other exercise at sea, or in lakes, rivers or other waterways

and

However, you should not be driving to get to somewhere to exercise, and the need to carry sports equipment isn’t regarded as a justification on its own for driving in these circumstances

Also in the same sentence ... 'There are no legal limits on this'

Looks like Porthcawl locals only, and walking to the beach from next week only.

I will pull the SI apart as soon as they publish ; The guidance is often a world away from the actual LAW. I suspect it may in reality be weaker as he made a big play of asking everyone to do their part and how enforcement would be light .

Does anyone know if the BKSA have engaged with WAG re the après Lockdown II rules?
I know other governing bodies are counted as stakeholders. I hope they don't miss the boat yet again.

Welsh Governmemnt pretty clear they don't want water based activities as the Police/Coastguard don't have the ability or time to assess who is competent or not.

Not had an email from the BKSA on it but have had about 30 from Canoe Wales telling me my daughter can't do simple flat water training on a river

Lets hope we get Wind and some nice Surf on the 9th of November. I've booked the day off.
